There is some talking at the beginning, but after 20 or 30 seconds, it's a very clean recording. Made with an iphone.

Tweaked an extractor fan in audacity using reverb and other effects to create this clip. Sounds like an submerged submarine propeller a little. Hopefully you'll find an appropriate context for it.
